This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases from Morning Stride.
Digital Products
Digital products, including Heal Your Heel: The Plantar Fasciitis Protocol, are non-refundable once the order is placed and the download link is delivered. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal for digital content.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please email contact@morningstride.store within 14 days of purchase and we will assist.
Physical Products
Physical products, including the Arch Angel Foot Relief Brace, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn or used, for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@morningstride.com with photographs of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Bundles
For bundle purchases, the digital component remains non-refundable. The physical component may be returned subject to the conditions above. Refunds for partial bundle returns will be calculated based on the standalone price of each component.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@morningstride.store with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
