Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal carrier:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs charges or import duties may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please first check the tracking link in your shipping email. If you still need help, contact us at contact@morningstride.store with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@morningstride.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via email and are not subject to shipping fees or processing times.
